Having recently completed as a Senior Executive at Landmark Worldwide,

(the world’s premier Personal and Professional Training and Development

Company), Mark is now engaged in designing and delivering

Transformative Executive Coaching and Business Consulting Initiatives.

During Mark’s 45-year tenure at Landmark he designed and led over 2,000

Staff and Program Leader Training and Development Workshops.

For over four decades Mark delivered a range of Landmark’s most senior

Courses and Programs, including numerous Management Trainings and

Leadership Programs, having differentiated Management from Leadership.

He was one of the first two members on Landmark’s Research,

Development and Design Team, co-created and delivered Landmark’s first

Corporate Business Initiative at *Magma Copper Mining Company (among

other Corporate Business Initiatives) and continually developed new

methodologies and programs that made the opportunity for the

transformational work of Landmark accessible in ways that had not been

available.

*Magma Copper Mining Initiative: During this three-year initiative

Magma had a 700% increase in stock price, an 86% increase in

productivity, a major decline in safety incidents and signed a

‍ ‍revolutionary 15-year, Union and Management Labor Agreement –

forever shifting the very nature of what was possible in the Mining Industry.

In addition, Mark was developed directly by Werner Erhard – accountable

as Werner’s Chief of Staff – and worked with and was trained by Werner to

master leading Transformative Programs and in developing others to

perform at the highest levels, including facilitating numerous Leader

Trainings with Werner.

Coupled with the above, Mark was either directly accountable or co-

accountable for three distinct evolutions of The Forum and accountable or

co-accountable for leading three initiatives to reconstitute Landmark itself.

Furthermore, for over a decade Mark was the person directly accountable

for the Training, Development and Performance of the People Who Lead

the Landmark Forum and Advanced Course Worldwide – Landmark’s Most

Senior Leaders.

Mark has developed and demonstrated an incredible, prodigious, track

record of performance.

He is unique in that he has a wealth of distinctions in performance training

and development and is nothing less than masterful in engendering the

highest Elite Level Of Performance in others.

On a more personal note, many of the accountabilities Mark has held have

necessitated breaking up his identity and continually opening up the

opportunity for Mark to evolve in his own development and discover new

possibilities for engaging with Life, Living and The Business of Doing

Business.

Doing so has not only created the opportunity for Mark to fulfill what is

wanted and needed on a Global Scale but has continually created the

opportunity for Mark to put himself on the leading edge of Creating.
